The Quran Asks You to Keep Going

You have gone through the evidence. The Quran does not ask you to simply believe because you were told to. It asks you to think, weigh, and then commit to what is most true:

Quran 39:18

Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones ALLAH has guided, and those are people of understanding.

Listening is not enough. The Quran calls people to follow what is best — not merely to hear it. That is an active call to engagement, not passive acceptance.

Quran 20:114

And say: My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

This dua of the Prophet ﷺ (Peace Be Upon Him) — asking ALLAH for more knowledge — is the model for every believer. Completing this path is not the end of inquiry. It is the beginning.

Striving Opens the Path

Quran 29:69

And those who strive for Us — We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, ALLAH is with the doers of good.

The Arabic word translated here as “strive” is jahadoo — the same root as jihad. It means expending real effort. ALLAH promises guidance to those who genuinely seek it — not those who skim the surface and then stop.

Quran 64:16

So fear ALLAH as much as you are able, and listen and obey and spend in charity — it is better for your souls. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul — it is those who will be the successful.

ALLAH does not demand perfection — He asks for what you are able to give. Begin where you are. Keep going.
